Yoga for Golf
Join Charlene Bendt, PGA, Certified Yoga Instructor and TPI Certified Golf Instructor for golf specific yoga classes that blend the physical and mental principles of yoga with the biomechanics of the golf swing. Classes are held on Saturday at 8:30am (ladies) and Thursday's at 6:45am (ladies and gents). Mats and accessories are provided.
